These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of C30's autonomous AI platform, agent workflows, and affiliated services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using C30 ("C30", "we", "us", or the "Service") via https://c30.ai, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using C30 on behalf of an organization or business entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not register, access, or utilize the C30 platform.

2. Description of C30 Services

C30 provides an autonomous artificial intelligence operating system designed to automate company operations. Key features include:

  • Autonomous Agent Fleet: AI agents configured to perform planning, software engineering, backlog execution, marketing campaign creation, and lead pipeline management.
  • Night Shift Operations: Automated background task execution during designated operating hours.
  • Affiliate System: A dedicated affiliate partnership program allowing members to refer users and earn commissions subject to affiliate terms.
  • Workspace & Project Management: Real-time Kanban boards, execution logs, and project storage.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To utilize C30, you must create an account via Google OAuth or an authenticated Magic Link. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately at support@c30.ai upon discovering any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

Billing: Access to premium tiers (e.g. C30 Pro) and additional AI execution credits is billed on a recurring subscription or one-time credit top-up basis through Stripe.

Taxes & Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the beginning of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via your billing portal. All fees are exclusive of applicable sales tax, VAT, or duties.

Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back satisfaction guarantee for your initial subscription payment if you are dissatisfied with C30's autonomous platform. Consumed AI credits used for completed external API executions are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in all inputs, project descriptions, code, branding, and assets you submit to C30.

AI-Generated Outputs: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, C30 assigns to you all right, title, and interest in the outputs generated specifically for your projects by C30 agents.

C30 Platform Rights: C30, its proprietary algorithms, design system, trademarks, and source code remain the exclusive property of C30 and its licensors.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use C30 to:

  • Generate malicious code, malware, phishing infrastructure, or exploit tools.
  • Violate applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Engage in unsolicited mass communications (spam) or misleading consumer practices.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the security of the C30 platform.
  • Circumvent credit limits or misuse affiliate attribution cookies.

7. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

C30 leverages state-of-the-art artificial intelligence models. While our agents are designed to deliver high-quality outputs, AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or suboptimal content. You acknowledge that you maintain final managerial oversight and responsibility for reviewing, validating, and testing all code, marketing copy, and business actions before commercial deployment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, C30 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business disruption arising out of your use or inability to use the service. In no event shall C30's aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.
